PHASE 1 // OUR STORY
The Variant story is essential to the brand. We have a storyline that we will use as a basis to build out our brand. We understand that Art builds culture. We plan on building out a full manga series using randomly selected holders and their Variants.

PHASE 2 // THE VARIANT DAO
Setting up the DAO. Without the community there is no Variant, and without Variant there is no community. The DAO is essential to make sure that the project moves in the right direction in accordance with the community and guidelines from the initiators.

PHASE 3 // NEXT LEVEL MERCH
Our goal is to create a clothing brand unlike any other. We plan on creating a real version of the sneakers that are on all of the Variants. Every holder will have the ability to purchase these shoes at a very affordable price. Nobody outside of the affinity can buy or wear them—an invite only club.

Part of our mission is to make sure that our brand accurately represents our community. We plan on supporting creators by providing tools and resources that will enable our community to create ideas and designs that we will implement and execute. Those who come up with winning designs, voted upon by the DAO, will be paid upfront from our treasury and will receive a portion of the sales. We want to do this to ensure that everyone wants to wear what we produce. We have seen other projects do clothing and fall short, and don't want to ever disappoint holders. We want to build a next level brand that holders get to enjoy the benefits of.

PHASE 4 // THE METAVERSE
Exploring the metaverse. The initiators understand that the space is dynamic, but we would like to stake our claim in the metaverse. Land, activities, and minigames are all in mind. But we want to start by staking our claim on sandbox for all holders to hang out and interact with one another.

PHASE 5 // THE FUTURE
It is important for holders to believe in their founders, in their abilities to build, operate, and execute. Prior to our mint, we will strive to gain trust from our community through Twitter spaces, AMAs, and interacting with everyone via our social pages. To us, it is extremely important that our community understands our vision and long-term plan as we enter the future.

Variant is dynamic. We can expect both the community to shift and the space to grow. We know that trends change overtime—especially in the NFT space. Variant will adapt, learn, and grow with the space. Understand that our ideas don't stop, but we don't want to promise something the community wouldn't want. For that reason, we will keep many of our ideas a secret for now.
